Lesson Policies:

Billing:

Students are billed the first of each month for 4 lessons, regardless of the number of weeks in a given month.
In the case of a 5th week in a month, the 5th lesson is free.
If a lesson lands on a holiday, that lesson will be deducted from your invoice at the beginning of the month.

If you anticipate being unable to attend an upcoming lesson, you may cancel one lesson per three-month period (the cost of one lesson will be deducted from your invoice)
This must be done before the first of the month.
Rescheduling will only be offered if my schedule allows.
Once you have canceled/rescheduled one lesson within a three-month period, any further cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
I do not offer make-up lessons in the case of missed lessons or cancellations made outside of the above policy. This is to prevent both me and you from having to take time out of our busy schedules to find a different time slot to make up lessons.

*Exceptions may be made under certain unforseen circumstances or emergencies if my schedule allows.

Parents are more than welcome to sit in during lessons, or sit in the waiting room outside the lesson room.
For safety and transparency for both me and my students, the lesson room is equipped with a security camera that records both video and audio 24/7.

I try to schedule recitals twice per year, but recitals are not guaranteed.
The cost of recitals are already factored into your monthly tution and students will not be asked to pay anything to participate.

The cost of any books, sheet music, and other supplies I provide are already factored into your monthly tuition.
